You should test in Browser for Compatibility before purchase is made.

THEME/ PRO EXTENSION LICENSE

All of our WordPress Themes/ Pro Extension are licensed under the GNU General Public License version. You can use Pro extension/ themes in unlimited site as you want. No restriction in any usage.
Theme Spiral provides a license key when you purchase WordPress Pro extension. You will need valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates. If you have bought theme under Sliver Plan, single site license will be given for support and automatic updates. If you have bought Pro extension under Gold Plan, five sites license will be given for support and automatic updates. Similarly, If you have bought Pro extension under Platinum Plan, Unlimited sites license will be given for support and automatic updates.

REFUND POLICY

Since our shop sells non-tangible digital products that cannot be returned or exchanged, We refund only if our Products doesnot work in your server but we need to confirm it from our end. Related to design and features, Refund will not be acceptable. Before the purchase is made, you must check demos Whether its suitable for you or not. If any thing, email us via contact form.

DEMO CONTENT (INCLUDING IMAGES AND VIDEO)

The images used on our demo sites are for demonstration purposes only and are NOT part of the theme package. They are public domain images and videos, so you may download them yourself.

Support related questions will be replied within 12-24 hours in workings days. To get support just register from My Account page and get your questions there. Support related questions are not replied from Email.

Free Support

All our free themes come with a lifetime support forum access where you can post theme related questions, sales including WordPress version.

Pro Support

Our Pro Plugins comes with 1 year support forum access after purchase is made. If you need more support then you need to renew your subscription after a year with is optional. You will get Premium forum access after the Pro Plugins for related theme is purchased. After subscription is expired, you will not be able to access Premium support forum but free forum access is there if you have any questions.
